Exciting contract opportunity for an experienced HR Transformation Lead with a strong background supporting Workday HCM implementations.
Contract: 12 months with potential extensions
Target start: November 2026
You will lead the design of future HR services and business processes, ensuring they align with Workday HCM and are ready for implementation.
Key skills and experience:
- HR transformation experience within a Workday HCM implementation programme.
- Designing HR operating models, service catalogues and end-to-end processes aligned with Workday.
- Translating HR requirements into practical processes alongside Workday functional teams.
- Leading stakeholder workshops, process standardisation and organisational design.
- Supporting business readiness, testing, cutover and transition into ongoing HR operations.
- Managing dependencies across HR policy, people, processes and technology.
