Coordinate with internal teams, business units, and vendors on service levels, operational improvements, and infrastructure transition to operations.
Maintain server build records, configurations, IP and domain details, diagrams, contingency plans, repair logs, and VLAN assignments.
Prepare standard daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports and monitor agreed thresholds and triggers.

Mandatory Qualifications

Hands-on experience with midrange server configuration and administration using Linux/AIX.
A junior-level profile aligned with 0-3 relevant years of experience.

Awareness of operational security practices such as access controls, logs, audit trails, encryption, and incident reporting.
Clear technical documentation, reporting, collaboration, and service communication skills.
