Brief description of the position
FOP CONSULTANTS is seeking motivated Enterprise Architects to contribute to various consulting mandates. The main responsibilities will include defining and evolving the enterprise architecture vision and roadmaps in alignment with business strategy, modeling business, application, data, and technology architectures, and establishing technology principles and standards. Enterprise Architects will also evaluate solutions and technology choices, manage technical debt, ensure application portfolio consistency, collaborate with solution architecture, security, infrastructure, and business teams, and provide strategic advice to support the organization’s architectural maturity.
Profile sought
- University degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of fifteen (15) years of experience in Information Technology.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience as an Enterprise Architect.
- Experience with one of the following frameworks: Scrum, Kanban, Lean, DSDM, SAFe, or Nexus.
- Hold one of the following certifications: TOGAF, ArchiMate, or CBA.
- Experience with one of the following tools: Azure DevOps, JIRA, or Confluence.
- Experience working with public or private organizations in Canada.
- Languages: French and English.

Description sommaire du poste proposé
FOP CONSULTANTS est à la recherche d’Architectes d’entreprise motivés à la réalisation de mandats. Les principales missions seraient de définir et de faire évoluer la vision et les feuilles de route d’architecture d’entreprise alignées sur la stratégie d’affaires, de modéliser les architectures d’affaires, applicative, de données et technologique, d’encadrer les principes et les normes technologiques, d’évaluer les solutions, de gérer la dette technique et d’assurer la cohérence du portefeuille applicatif. Les architectes devront également collaborer avec les équipes d’architecture de solution, de sécurité, d’infrastructure et d’affaires, tout en jouant un rôle-conseil afin de soutenir la maturité architecturale de l’organisation.
Profil recherché
- Diplôme universitaire en informatique, en gestion ou dans toute discipline connexe.
- Minimum de quinze (15) années d’expérience en technologies de l’information.
- Minimum de cinq (5) années d’expérience comme architecte d’entreprise.
- Expérience avec l’un des cadres suivants : Scrum, Kanban, Lean, DSDM, SAFe ou Nexus.
- Détenir l’une des certifications suivantes : TOGAF, ArchiMate ou CBA.
- Détenir l’une des certifications agiles suivantes (atout) : CSM, PSM I, PSM II, A-CSM, SAFe Scrum Master, etc.
- Expérience avec l’un des outils suivants : Azure DevOps, JIRA ou Confluence.
- Expérience au sein d’organismes publics ou privés au Canada.
- Langues : français et anglais.
