Brief description of the position :

To meet the needs of its clients in the IT sector, FOP CONSULTANTS is seeking IT Project Management Consultants who are motivated to contribute to the successful delivery of various projects. The main responsibilities consist of planning, coordinating, and delivering a large-scale strategic project, while monitoring schedules, deliverables, risks, and stakeholders.

Main responsibilities :

Without limitation, the main tasks involve:

Plan, coordinate, and monitor activities related to the implementation of an integrated solution.
Coordinate work among business teams, partners, and suppliers.
Facilitate workshops and ensure the follow-up of functional requirements, issues, and dependencies.
Monitor the progress of deliverables, schedules, budget, quality, and risks.
Participate in validation and testing activities, as well as the management of operational requests.
Ensure the engagement and buy-in of operational and technological stakeholders.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or any other related discipline.
Minimum of 20 years of experience as a Project Manager, Project Director, or Project Lead.
Demonstrated experience in at least two large-scale ERP implementation or modernization projects, ideally involving financial and procurement systems within healthcare organizations.
Experience in multidisciplinary coordination involving business, technical, vendor, and external partner teams.
Ability to analyze, document, and monitor functional requirements.
Proficiency in project management practices, including risk, dependency, and change request management.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including workshop facilitation, agenda preparation, and meeting minutes.
PMP certification or equivalent certification (preferred).
Experience with Microsoft O365 environments.
Relevant experience with Agile project management methodologies.
Strong communication and writing skills in both French and English.

Sans s’y limiter, les principales responsabilités du poste sont les suivantes :

Planifier, coordonner et assurer le suivi des activités liées au projet d’implantation d’une solution intégrée.
Coordonner les travaux entre les équipes d’affaires, les partenaires et les fournisseurs.
Animer des ateliers de travail et assurer le suivi des requis fonctionnels, des enjeux et des dépendances.
Assurer le suivi de l’avancement des livrables, des échéanciers, du budget, de la qualité et des risques.
Participer aux activités de validation, de tests et à la gestion des demandes opérationnelles.
Assurer la mobilisation et l’adhésion des parties prenantes opérationnelles et technologiques.

Description du profil recherché :

Baccalauréat ou maîtrise en informatique, génie des logiciels ou toute autre discipline connexe.
Détenir un minimum de 20 ans d’expérience à titre de chargé de projet, directeur de projet ou chef de projet.
Démontrer une expérience dans au moins deux projets d’implantation ou de modernisation de systèmes ERP de grande envergure, idéalement dans les domaines financiers et de l’approvisionnement en santé.
Posséder une expérience en coordination multidisciplinaire impliquant des équipes métiers, techniques, fournisseurs et partenaires externes.
Démontrer une capacité à analyser, documenter et assurer le suivi des requis fonctionnels.
Maîtriser les pratiques de gestion de projet, notamment la gestion des risques, des dépendances et des demandes de changement.
Posséder d’excellentes aptitudes en communication et en gestion des parties prenantes, incluant l’animation d’ateliers, la préparation d’ordres du jour et la production de comptes rendus.
Détenir une certification PMP ou une certification équivalente (atout souhaité).
Expérience avec les environnements Microsoft O365.
Expériences pertinentes en méthodologie de gestion de projet agile.
Bonne capacité de communication et de rédaction en Français et en Anglais.
