Brief description of the position :

To meet the needs of its clients in the IT sector, FOP EXPERTS CONSEILS is seeking motivated IT Project Management Consultants to take part in various assignments. The main responsibilities include coordinating the different phases of the project lifecycle (implementation of technological solutions) for clients, ensuring adherence to timelines and deliverables, and contributing to various continuous improvement initiatives related to IT processes and systems.

Main responsibilities :

The primary responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following :

Manage projects related to the implementation of technological solutions;
Define project scope, participate in budget development, and plan schedules;
Oversee solution deployment by implementing progress tracking using both agile and traditional methodologies;
Identify and coordinate the allocation of IT resources and carry out project activities;
Ensure that all stakeholders understand the objectives, project methodology framework, deliverable requirements, and that client expectations are met;
Collaborate with all stakeholders to ensure deliverables are completed on time;
Provide regular updates on project progress to senior management;
Prepare periodic reports and metrics to simplify information and provide clear visibility on all aspects surrounding the implementation of the technological solution;
Mediate, when necessary, to resolve conflicts among project team members;
Act as a subject matter expert throughout all phases of the project.

Qualifications :

Have at least fifteen (15) years of experience in Information Technology (IT).
Have at least five (5) years of experience as a Project Management Advisor/Consultant in the field of Information Technology, related to the required activities and deliverables.
Have at least five (5) years of experience in planning and using the following tools: Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, and Power BI, or equivalent tools.
Have successfully completed two (2) project management assignments, each with a minimum duration of one (1) year.
Have knowledge of the healthcare sector.
Have used Microsoft Project (MS Project) for at least one (1) year.
Hold a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Demonstrate strong communication and writing skills in both French and English.

Description sommaire du poste proposé :

Afin de combler les besoins de ses clients dans le secteur des TI, FOP EXPERTS CONSEILS est à la recherche de consultants chargés de projet TI motivés à la réalisation de mandats. Les principales missions seraient de coordonner les différentes étapes du cycle de vie des projets (projets d'implémentation de solutions technologiques) à réaliser chez les clients, en assurer le respect des échéanciers et livrables, et de participer à différents projets d’amélioration continue des processus et systèmes TI.

Description spécifique des responsabilités :

Sans s’y limiter, les principales responsabilités du poste sont les suivantes :

Gérer les projets liés à l’implémentation de solutions technologiques;
Définir la portée, participer à l’élaboration du budget, planifier les échéanciers;
Contrôler la réalisation du déploiement des solutions par l’implémentation du suivi à l’aide des méthodologies agiles et conventionnelles;
Identifier et coordonner la répartition des ressources TI et exécuter les activités;
S’assurer de la compréhension des objectifs, du cadre méthodologique du projet TI par les parties prenantes, des enjeux des livrables, et veiller à ce que les attentes des clients soient rencontrées;
Collaborer avec toutes les parties prenantes pour s’assurer que les livrables soient réalisés dans les délais;
Communiquer régulièrement sur l’état d’avancement des travaux avec la haute direction;
Rédiger de façon périodique des rapports et métriques afin de vulgariser l’information et avoir une bonne visibilité sur les éléments entourant l’implémentation de la solution technologique;
Servir de médiation le cas échéant dans la résolution des conflits entre les membres du projet;
Agir à titre d’expert dans toutes les phases du projet.

Description du profil recherché :

Posséder au moins quinze (15) années d’expérience en TI.
Posséder au moins cinq (5) années d’expérience à titre de conseiller en gestion de projets dans le domaine des technologies de l’information, en lien avec les activités et livrables requis
Posséder cinq (5) années d’expérience dans la planification et l’utilisation des outils suivants : Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps et Power BI ou outils similaires
Avoir réalisé deux projets d'une année chacune en gestion de projet.
Avoir de la connaissance en santé
Utiliser Microsoft Project (MS Project) pendant au moins un an
Détenir une certification PMP.
Bonne capacité de communication et de rédaction en Français et en Anglais.
