Brief description of the position:

As part of a mandate with a Quebec government ministry, we are looking for a .NET programmer analyst. The selected candidate will take part in the development, evolution and maintenance of the organization's information systems, as well as in the continuous improvement of its products and services.

Specific Responsibilities:

Without being limited to these, the main responsibilities include:

Analyze functional needs arising from business requirements.
Develop or modify processing units in .NET, C#, ASP.NET MVC 5 and Blazor.
Optimize code, SQL queries and processes requiring performance improvement.
Perform unit, functional, integration, performance and load testing.
Program automated tests based on the test-driven development approach.
Handle production issues and provide the necessary fixes.
Review the programming quality of peers' code.
Write technical documentation and ensure knowledge transfer.

Experience:

Minimum of 8 years of experience in information technology in systems development, maintenance or evolution
Minimum 5 years as a programmer analyst.
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Visual Studio and the .NET and C# languages

Language: Excellent command of the French language

Description sommaire du poste proposé :

Dans le cadre d'un mandat auprès d'un ministère québécois, nous recherchons un analyste-programmeur .NET. La personne retenue participera au développement, à l'évolution et à l'entretien des systèmes informatiques de l'organisation, ainsi qu'à l'amélioration continue de ses produits et services.

Description spécifique des responsabilités :

Sans s'y limiter, les principales responsabilités seraient de :

Analyser les besoins fonctionnels découlant des exigences d'affaires.
Développer ou modifier les unités de traitement en .NET, C#, ASP.NET MVC 5 et Blazor.
Optimiser le code, les requêtes SQL et les traitements nécessitant une amélioration des performances.
Réaliser les essais unitaires, fonctionnels, intégrés, de performance et de charge.
Programmer des tests automatisés selon l'approche du développement orienté test.
Prendre en charge les problèmes de production et apporter les corrections nécessaires.
Effectuer la revue de la qualité de la programmation de ses pairs.
Rédiger la documentation technique et assurer le transfert de connaissances.

4.Expérience :

Minimum 8 années d'expérience en technologies de l'information en développement, en entretien ou en évolution de systèmes,
Minimum de 5 années à titre d'analyste-programmeur.
Minimum 5 années d'expérience pratique avec Visual Studio ainsi que les langages .NET et C#

5.Langue :

Excellente maîtrise de la langue française.
