Participate in code reviews, design reviews, and architecture and coding practice discussions for new features and the overall app
Identify new mobile technologies, trends, and opportunities, and explain how they might relate to improving our products and business
Maintain the highest level of product reliability, code quality, and reusability by writing unit tests and integration tests to validate new software features
Adopt AI-assisted development practices that improve team productivity and code quality

We recognize that we are better able to achieve our goals and live our core values when we have a diverse team of employees. We are an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment. This role has an annual salary range of $80,000 to $100,000. Most new hires do not start at the top of the range. Compensation is determined based on a candidate's experience, skills, qualifications, and overall alignment with the role.

Candidates who are newer to this level of responsibility but demonstrate strong potential may receive an offer toward the lower end of the range. Offers at the higher end are typically reserved for candidates with extensive, directly relevant experience and a proven track record of success in comparable roles and environments.
