Qualifications And Requirements
- Class 1 Driver’s License required with clean abstract.
- Must be familiar with manual transmission
- Must have Deck experience
- Ability to read/react to road conditions
- Manual dexterity
- Class 1 driver’s license
- Air brake endorsement
- Strong mechanical aptitude with ability to perform routine vehicle maintenance
- Demonstrated organizational skills: strong oral and written communication abilities, task prioritization, use of timelines and time management techniques
- Professional/mature demeanour under stressful situations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to read/react to road conditions
- Must be able to work with little supervision; must be self-directed
- Will be required to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Overtime as required

Responsibilities
Operate primarily flat-deck tractor-trailers to transport goods and materials for pickup and delivery work. Load and unload cargo, secure loads, maintain electronic logs, and perform routine vehicle maintenance as needed.
Requirements
A valid Class 1 driver’s license, a clean driving abstract, familiarity with manual transmission, and deck experience are required. Candidates should have an air brake endorsement, strong mechanical aptitude, effective communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and outdoors in all weather.
