Qualifications: What You Bring Strong CNC programming experience in a wood manufacturing environment. Proficiency in CAD design, blueprint reading, and technical drawing interpretation. Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, tooling, and materials. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills with the flexibility to “jump in” where needed. A two-year technical degree or equivalent experience preferred. SAFETY IS OUR FOUNDATION: At Forte, safety isn’t a checklist - it’s a commitment. Our goal is 0% incidents, and we blend that with smart, efficient production. We want every team member to return home just as healthy as when they arrive. Mental Requirements: Ability to manage stress effectively and work efficiently under pressure. Precision and accuracy in using measuring tapes and interpreting blueprints to ensure quality assembly. Strong multitasking skills to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. OUR CULTURE - YOUR ADVANTAGE: We live by our cultural pillars. They’re more than words - they shape how we show up each day: Customer Delight – We go beyond satisfaction; we surprise and impress. Integrity – We prioritize transparency and accountability. Teamwork – We win as a team, taking responsibility for collective results rather than individual. Winning Mindset – We face challenges with optimism, discipline, and a solution‑oriented approach.
