This role is ideal for someone looking to deepen their technical expertise, mentor junior staff, and gain exposure to national and cross-border engagements. Your technical expertise, organizational skills, and leadership mindset will be key in a collaborative workplace that prioritizes growth, mentorship, and innovation.

🛠️ Your Responsibilities

Lead and execute audit, review and compilation engagements across a variety of industries, ensuring compliance with IFRS, ASPE, and Canadian Auditing Standards (CAS).
Collaborate closely with junior and senior auditors, as well as managers and partners, to deliver tailored solutions and insights to clients.
Supervise and mentor intermediate auditors in the field, ensuring quality, efficiency, and adherence to firm standards and values.
Participate in special mandates, including advisory projects, internal control reviews, and due diligence.
Mentor junior team members and support their professional growth through constructive feedback and hands-on coaching.

🎓 Your Profile

Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
CPA designation completed or in progress (registered with the Ordre des CPA du Québec, CPA Ontario or any other provincial body).
Minimum of four years’ experience in a public accounting firm, with a focus on audit and assurance.
Strong understanding of ASPE, IFRS, and CAS.
Experience with Caseware, CaseView, and Taxprep is an asset.
