The successful candidate will:

Installing a variety of Commercial and OTR tires
Using computer diagnostics to balance tires
Rotating Tires to ensure proper wear
Repairing tires in a safe and efficient manner
Resetting and repairing tire pressure monitoring systems (TPMS)
Maintaining tire service equipment
Operating company and customer vehicles in a clean and safe manner
Understanding and adhering to safe operation of all equipment

Requirements:

At least 1+ years experience of tire service, experience working with passenger, light truck, medium truck, farm, industrial, and OTR tires, specialty tire services, and wheels is required
Ability to lift 25+ kilograms
Proven ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with team members and customers; this includes good communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Ability to maintain a valid class 5 driver’s license and provide a satisfactory Driver’s Abstract from province of residence.

Responsibilities

The Mine Tire Technician is responsible for installing, rotating, and repairing various commercial and OTR tires. They must also maintain service equipment and ensure the safe operation of company and customer vehicles.

Requirements

Candidates must have at least one year of experience in tire service and the ability to lift over 25 kilograms. A valid class 5 driver's license and a satisfactory driver's abstract are required.
