FOX Factory designs, engineers, manufactures and markets performance-defining products and systems for customers worldwide. Position Summary:

Determine and assess bike tuning requirements to derive optimum riding experience for our customers.

Position Responsibilities:

Perform a “Factory Level” Paid or Warranty service on all Aftermarket and OEM suspension and/or component products (Forks, Shocks, and/or Dropper seat posts).
Work on all products including OEM special needs.
Provide Service Writer with an estimate for the Paid/Warranty repair work needed for any product sent in after a complete evaluation of that product has been done.
Change the tune of a suspension product based on the recommendation of a Service Writer, Lead, Supervisor, or Manager.
Work with new employees as well as mentor Suspension Technicians 1 and 2

Specific Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required:

Problem solver
Ability to read technical drawings and engineering documents

Proficient with the computer applications and all technical equipment used in the Service Center.
Comprehensive product knowledge
Working knowledge of bicycle kinematics

Position Qualifications:

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent

Experience:

3+ years of experience as factory technician or other role where suspension maintenance or service of technical products is performed

Previous experience on Fox products preferred

Work Environment and Physical Requirements:

Manufacturing/Service Center Environment

Lift up to 50 lbs. regularly

Requires walking, standing, bending and lifting for long periods of time

Vision abilities required to validate and enter data on computer

Compensation Range

$53,011.44 - $72,891.29 CAD

The compensation range for this position is specific to the locations listed above and is the range Fox reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.
