Job Description
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for an experienced Store Manager who is an exceptional leader with the ability to motivate, inspire, and develop a high-performing store team. The Store Manager will be responsible for driving sales, delivering an outstanding customer experience, and overseeing the overall day-to-day operations of the store.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead the store team in consistently delivering an exceptional customer experience
- Drive sales performance and achieve store sales goals and key performance indicators
- Coach, develop, and maximize the performance of all associates
- Set clear expectations and ensure accountability across the store team
- Analyze sales results, identify business opportunities, and create effective action plans
- Build and maintain a strong, collaborative, and high-performing team
- Recruit, hire, onboard, and retain top talent
- Ensure associates receive ongoing training, coaching, and development
- Communicate company goals, priorities, and expectations effectively to the team
- Execute and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Oversee merchandise flow and inventory management
- Ensure visual and merchandising standards are consistently maintained
- Manage controllable expenses and support overall store profitability
- Maintain Mango procedures and operational standards
- Ensure Loss Prevention, health, and safety procedures are followed
Required Skills/Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in specialty retail, luxury goods, fashion retail, or a comparable retail environment
- Previous Store Manager or retail management experience required
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales goals and drive store performance
- Ability to analyze sales reports, identify business trends, and respond quickly to the needs of the business
- Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail environment
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, leadership, and customer service skills
- Proven ability to identify, recruit, develop, and retain top talent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Pay Range: $25–$30/hour This is a vacant position.
