General Description: Reporting to the Head golf professional, the position of Back Shop Attendant includes, but is not limited to, setting up golf carts to guests’ specification, clean clubs and maintain the courtyard.

Responsibilities:

  • Opening and Closing duties
  • Greeting customers upon arrival and departing
  • Offer Assistance to customers
  • Communicate with the Starter on the groups that have arrived
  • Work within a team Environment
  • Preparing activities
  • Execution of the activities

Responsibilities

Set up golf carts to guests’ specifications, clean golf clubs, and maintain the courtyard. Perform opening and closing duties, greet and assist customers, coordinate with the Starter about arriving groups, and prepare and carry out activities as part of a team.

Requirements

Applicants should have a golf background, excellent customer service skills, and strong attention to detail. The role also requires a willingness to learn and the ability to work well with colleagues as a team player.
