Duration: 12 months
Daily Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy, Audience Analytics & Optimization
- Translate business and marketing priorities into analytical roadmaps, clear success measures, test designs, delivery plans, and decision-ready recommendations.
- Develop audience and targeting strategies using segmentation, propensity, response, uplift, customer value, eligibility, and channel-preference insights.
- Evaluate campaign and offer concepts, size opportunities, build business cases, forecast financial outcomes, and provide go/no-go recommendations based on customer impact, incrementality, risk, and P&L.
- Partner with Campaign Design and Execution, Data Science, Marketing, Product, and channel teams to improve decisioning, personalization, next-best-action strategies, and multi-channel customer journeys.
Campaign Measurement, Experimentation & Business Insights
- Design and maintain campaign measurement frameworks covering eligibility, presentment, response, conversion, incremental lift, revenue, profitability, customer value, and return on investment.
- Apply test-and-learn methods - including control groups, A/B tests, incrementality analysis, and other appropriate comparison approaches - to distinguish campaign impact from underlying customer and market behaviour.
- Deliver recurring scorecards, dashboards, deep dives, and executive-ready updates that explain performance drivers, risks, opportunities, and recommended actions across campaigns, channels, products, and customer segments.
- Identify trends in customer behaviour, funnel performance, channel effectiveness, offer economics, contact strategy, and campaign fatigue, and convert findings into practical optimization actions.
Customer Focus, Data Governance, Risk Management & Controls
- Champion a customer focused culture and leverage broader bank capabilities to deepen client relationships.
- Consider the Bank’s risk appetite, policies, and controls in day to day decisions and analysis.
- Ensure effective business controls, including operational risk, regulatory compliance, AML/ATF, and conduct risk, in alignment with the Bank’s risk frameworks.
Must-Have Skills:
- 5+ years of progressive experience in campaign analytics, marketing analytics, customer analytics, business intelligence, data science, or a related field
- Demonstrated experience with campaign measurement, experimentation, incrementality, segmentation, targeting, personalization, forecasting, customer value, and ROI or profitability analysis.
- 3+ years of strong experience with SQL and data-analysis skills, with experience using large-scale data and cloud environments such as GCP.
- Proficiency in Python, R, SAS, Power BI, Tableau, or comparable analytics and visualization tools.
- Proven ability to translate complex analytical findings into concise, actionable recommendations and executive-ready stories for technical and non-technical audiences is critical for the role.
Nice-To-Have Skills:
- Recent experience in banking, financial services, or retail is preferred.
- Experience developing reusable data assets, dashboards, scorecards, metric definitions, and governed reporting solutions
- Familiarity with campaign decisioning platforms such as Pega / Tsys Customer Decision Hub is an asset.
Soft Skills:
- Strong business acumen, stakeholder management, prioritization, project leadership, problem-solving, attention to detail, and collaboration skills in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills to work with multiple groups across the bank, gathering requirements
- Flexible and able to pivot and adapt to change
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Finance, Marketing Analytics, or a related quantitative field.
