Role Overview
Support the evaluation, implementation, and continuous improvement of business technology solutions for our client projects. Working closely with our team and SMEs, this role is responsible for documenting requirements, supporting solution delivery, facilitating testing and training, and driving successful technology adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements, assist with gap analysis, and support the development of functional specifications, process flows, and wireframes
- Build strong relationships with business stakeholders and SMEs to understand business needs and support technology adoption
- Participate in workshops, meetings, software demonstrations, and solution rollouts
- Support UAT, testing, and quality assurance activities
- Assist with backlog management, documentation, and collection of user feedback
- Prepare training materials and deliver end-user training to support implementation
- Research business processes and emerging technologies to support continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in Business, Information Technology, or related discipline
- At least 5 years of experience in business analysis, technology implementation, or process improvement
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Foundational knowledge of SDLC methodologies and requirements gathering
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365; familiarity with Azure DevOps is an asset
- Ability to work onsite full-time in Edmonton, Alberta
Nice to Have
- Experience in construction or engineering domain
- Familiarity with Autodesk construction platforms
