What You'll Be Doing

Reporting to the Fresh Prep Plant Manager, you will:

  • Lead the scaling and execution of Culinary-developed Ready-to-Eat recipes into consistent, high-quality production meals.

  • Collaborate directly with the Culinary team to validate recipes, yields, and processes before production launch.

  • Document and communicate cooking methods, plating specs, and SOPs to the kitchen team.

  • Conduct quality tastings, own recipe score improvements, and address guest-impacting product issues.

  • Monitor and optimize labour efficiency to reduce production seconds without sacrificing quality.

  • Manage, mentor, and engage the kitchen team to build accountability and a positive culture.

  • Partner with Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, and Operations to support smooth new meal launches and continuous improvement.

What We Are Looking For

  • Proven ability to translate Culinary recipes into scalable, consistent production methods.

  • Strong knowledge of food safety, HACCP, sanitation, and quality control processes.

  • Process-driven with excellent documentation and training skills.

  • Experience optimizing labour, reducing waste, and improving kitchen workflow.

  • Skilled leader who can engage and develop kitchen teams.

  • Effective collaborator with QA, Procurement, and Production teams.

  • Results-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset.

What You Can Expect

  • Competitive salary that recognizes your skills and experience.

  • An energetic, inclusive workplace where your voice matters and your contributions drive real impact.

  • Comprehensive health benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance after 90 days.

  • Working with the fantastic team based out of our Ville Saint-Laurent facility.

  • Exclusive food perks that let you experience our amazing products.

  • A culture that celebrates innovation, encourages professional development, and supports work-life balance.

  • The opportunity to be part of a certified B-Corporation making a tangible difference in sustainable food systems.
