Preparing proteins, sides, sauces, and other components for a variety of Ready to Eat products.

Following recipes, production procedures, and HACCP standards as directed by the culinary leadership team.

Operating cooking equipment, including combi ovens and other food-processing equipment.

Maintaining consistent product quality, taste, presentation, and portion accuracy.

Working efficiently to meet daily production targets and timelines.

Maintaining a clean, organized, and food-safe work area.

Communicating production issues, quality concerns, and process changes to the appropriate team members.

Supporting the team wherever needed to keep production moving.

Other duties as assigned

Ability to work quickly while maintaining quality and consistency.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a changing, fast-paced environment.

Reliable, proactive, and willing to take initiative.

Experience working in a high-volume kitchen or food production environment is an asset.

What You Can Expect

Hourly wage of $23.06

Work schedule of Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM-2:00pm OR 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

An energetic, inclusive workplace where your voice matters and your contributions drive real impact

Comprehensive health benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance after 90 days

Exclusive food perks that let you experience our amazing products

A culture that celebrates innovation, encourages professional development, and supports work-life balance

The opportunity to be part of a certified B-Corporation making a tangible difference in sustainable food systems
