*Front Desk Receptionist* *Fresh Touch Med Spa* *Pay:* $20?$27/hour *Job Type:* Full-time, Permanent *Fresh Touch Med Spa* is looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused *Front Desk Receptionist* to join our team. If you enjoy helping people, have excellent organizational skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will help create an exceptional experience while ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our clinic. Key Responsibilities * Greet and welcome clients with warmth and professionalism * Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments * Answer phone calls, emails, and client inquiries * Process payments and maintain accurate client records * Recommend treatments, memberships, and skincare products * Support our practitioners and coordinate daily client flow * Keep the reception area clean, organized, and inviting * Assist with general administrative tasks as needed Qualifications * Previous experience in a medical spa, clinic, salon, or customer service role is preferred * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong organizational and multitasking abilities * Comfortable using scheduling software, POS systems, and Microsoft Office * Professional appearance with a positive, friendly attitude * Sales or retail experience is considered an asset What We Offer * Competitive hourly pay * Extended health and dental benefits * Paid vacation and employee discounts on treatments and skincare products * Supportive team environment with ongoing training * Opportunities for career growth within a growing medical spa Schedule * Full-time or part-time opportunities available * Must be available to work weekdays, evenings, and occasional weekends How to Apply If you're passionate about customer service and want to be part of a team dedicated to helping clients look and feel their best, we'd love to hear from you.
