- Assign sales workers to duties
- Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
- Order merchandise
- Authorize return of merchandise

- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages

Responsibilities
Supervise retail, food service, and kitchen staff; assign duties, hire and train employees, establish schedules, and oversee sales and food preparation. Manage inventory, cash, budgets, reports, and quality standards while resolving customer concerns and ensuring work schedules and supply needs are met.
Requirements
Requires a college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program lasting 3 months to less than 1 year, or equivalent experience. Requires 2 to less than 3 years of experience; the role also calls for strong communication, organization, reliability, customer focus, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
