Position Overview

Frontier Dental is growing, and we have big plans for what's next!

We're looking for a Manager of North American Sales to oversee our Canadian and U.S. sales teams, drive revenue growth, and help execute our sales strategy across North America.

We're looking for a hands-on leader who understands how to build a strong sales team, drive performance, and turn business opportunities into results. You'll be responsible for managing day-to-day sales operations, supporting team development, monitoring performance, and identifying opportunities to grow our customer base and increase revenue.

This is a hands-on management role for someone who enjoys working closely with their team, coaching sales representatives, analyzing performance, and continuously improving how we sell. You'll play an important role in ensuring our sales teams have the tools, processes, and direction they need to succeed.

If you're a results-driven sales manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building teams, improving processes, and driving growth, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead and develop our sales teams. Coach, mentor, and motivate our acquisition and retention teams across Canada and the U.S.
  • Drive sales growth. Develop strategies to acquire new customers, increase repeat purchases, and grow revenue.
  • Get involved. Review sales calls, provide feedback, improve sales scripts, and help your team become better sellers.
  • Own the numbers. Set clear KPIs, track performance, identify opportunities, and hold the team accountable for results.
  • Make the most of HubSpot. Build dashboards, manage lead lists, improve workflows, and use automation to help the team work smarter.
  • Improve how we sell. Challenge existing processes, introduce new ideas, and find ways to make our sales teams more effective.
  • Work across the business. Partner with Marketing, IT, Customer Service, Purchasing and Operations to improve the customer experience and drive growth.

What We're Looking For

  • 8+ years of sales experience, including at least 3 years managing or leading sales teams.
  • Proven success managing sales performance, growing revenue, and developing high-performing inside sales teams.
  • Strong experience in sales team management, coaching, performance reviews, and accountability.
  • Advanced, hands-on CRM experience is a must. You can independently build reports, dashboards workflows and manage leads yourself.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience monitoring sales KPIs, conversion rates, revenue performance, and customer retention.
  • Experience managing sales activities across multiple markets, regions, or teams is an asset.
  • A practical, results-oriented approach to leadership, with the ability to balance team development, operational management, and individual problem-solving.
  • A genuine passion for coaching people, developing talent, and helping team members achieve their goals.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to prioritize initiatives and keep teams focused in a fast-paced environment.
  • Someone who takes initiative, solves problems, and looks for ways to improve processes and performance.
  • Experience in B2B sales, distribution, or eCommerce is preferred.
  • Experience in dental or healthcare distribution is a bonus.

Why Frontier Dental?

  • We're a growing North American dental supply company focused on making it easier for dental professionals to get the products they need at great prices.
  • We're ambitious, move quickly, and believe there's always a better way to do things.
  • This is an opportunity to make a real impact, build a stronger sales team, and play a key role in where Frontier goes next.
  • If you love sales, love developing people, and want to be part of a company that's growing fast, we'd love to hear from you!
