As we expand our operations across Canada and Nigeria, we are seeking reliable, organized, and customer-focused individuals to join our growing team as Logistics Concierges.
About the Role
The Logistics Concierge will play a key role in coordinating shipment pickups, handoffs, and deliveries while ensuring a seamless customer experience.
This position serves as an important link between Frythub customers and our logistics partners, helping to ensure shipments are handled efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate customer shipment pickups and handoffs with logistics partners.
- Facilitate communication between customers, freight forwarders, and delivery partners.
- Assist customers with shipment preparation and logistics-related inquiries.
- Monitor shipment progress and provide timely updates to customers.
- Support the coordination of local deliveries and shipment transfers.
- Address operational issues and escalate concerns when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of shipment activities and customer interactions.
- Uphold Frythub's standards for professionalism, reliability, and customer service.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Must possess a valid driver's licence applicable to the location of employment.
- Must have reliable access to a vehicle for shipment pickups, handoffs, and other operational activities.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A customer-focused approach with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Dependability, professionalism, and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with local geography and transportation networks in the assigned location.
- Previous experience in logistics, customer service, transportation, or operations is an asset.
