We’re an industry-leading health technology company on a mission to help people get better. We started in 2011 with one simple idea. Make it easier for practitioners to access the products they trust so they can deliver better care.

That simple idea grew into a platform that powers every part of care. This is your invitation.

Bring your ideas, your grit, and your care for people.

Join us and shape the future of care.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Senior Accountant, Treasury will lead the accounting for Fullscript’s treasury function, including cash, stock-based compensation, and working capital. You’ll own cash forecasting and all payments across the business, support equity operations, and contribute to internal treasury reporting.

You’ll use AI in your daily work and help the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) teams adopt it to work more efficiently. You’ll be a trusted partner to Financial Planning & Analysis, Tax, and Controllership. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and curious about better ways to work.

\nWhat You'll Do:

Treasury Accounting

  • Prepare and post all treasury-related journal entries, including cash, stock-based compensation, and working capital accounts, in line with US GAAP.

  • Reconcile cash, equity, and working capital balances each month and resolve discrepancies quickly.

  • Prepare treasury-related schedules and support financial statement disclosures.

Cash Management, Forecasting & Payments

  • Own the rolling 12 week cash forecast, from short-term liquidity views to longer-range projections, and keep it accurate as the business changes.

  • Coordinate all payments across the business, including payment runs, approvals, controls, and timely execution.

  • Monitor daily cash positions and maintain accurate records of all cash activity.

  • Maintain banking relationships and support broader treasury operations.

  • Assist with internal treasury reporting for finance leadership.

Stock-Based Compensation & Equity

  • Help manage Carta and keep equity records accurate and current.

  • Prepare and review stock-based compensation entries and reconcile expense and equity accounts.

  • Partner with People and Legal to track and report stock equity awards accurately.

AI & Process Improvement

  • Use AI tools to automate reconciliations, forecasting, reporting, and other recurring work.

  • Partner with the P2P and Q2C teams to find opportunities for AI and automation, and help them adopt new tools and workflows.

  • Document treasury processes, policies, and controls as they change.

Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Work closely with FP&A on cash forecasting and working capital.

  • Partner with Tax on equity-related and cash tax items.

  • Support Controllership on month-end close, audit readiness, and accounting policy.

  • Take on special projects and ad hoc analysis as needed.

What You Bring:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or CMA is a plus.

  • Experience: 3 to 5 years of progressive accounting experience, ideally with exposure to treasury, cash management, or equity accounting in a high-growth company.

  • Skills: Strong Excel skills and experience with an ERP (NetSuite preferred). Experience with Carta or similar equity management platforms is a strong plus.

  • AI Fluency: Hands-on experience using AI tools to improve accounting or finance workflows, and enthusiasm for teaching others to do the same.

  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of US GAAP, cash management, stock-based compensation, and payment controls.

  • Attributes: Excellent analytical and organizational skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines. Clear communicator who builds strong working relationships across teams.

Why You'll Love Fullscript:
  • Competitive compensation package
  • RRSP matching (CAD)
  • Flexible PTO
  • Flexible benefits package and additional perks
