Seeking Full Time Physiotherapist!

Join a clinic where you can build a thriving practice, work with an incredible team, and actually love coming to work.

Function101 is a busy, multidisciplinary healthcare clinic located in the heart of Locke Street’s vibrant village in Hamilton. We’re looking for a dynamic, movement-minded physiotherapist to join our growing team of physiotherapists, chiropractors, and massage therapists.

We have a busy caseload available, with the opportunity to start as soon as possible.

Our clinic attracts active, motivated clients who want to stay active and continue doing the things they love. We’re passionate about helping people move better, perform better, and feel better, and we’re looking for a physio who shares that philosophy.

Why Function101?

  • One-on-one patient care with 1-hour initial assessments and 30–45 minute follow-up appointments
  • A beautifully designed clinic with private treatment rooms, a large open-concept gym, high-low manual therapy tables
  • A busy caseload with the opportunity to build and grow your own practice
  • Chiro+ physio-owned, with founders who prioritize clinic culture, health promotion, and professional development
  • Mentorship opportunities with FCAMPT and CSCS-trained clinicians
  • Regularly scheduled interdisciplinary team mentoring
  • A supportive team genuinely invested in your professional growth
  • Competitive fee-for-service compensation
  • Generous continuing education allowance and support for pursuing courses
  • Paid statutory holidays and vacation time
  • Jane EMR and full-time reception support
  • A collaborative, energetic, and welcoming clinic environment

Most importantly, we want our physiotherapists to build a busy, fulfilling practice without burning out. We believe you can have a full caseload, provide exceptional patient care, continue developing clinically, and still enjoy your work.

Who We're Looking For

Our ideal candidate is an experienced physiotherapist who takes pride in their work, enjoys working with active individuals, and wants to be part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team.

You are someone who:

  • Has experience working in a private orthopedic physiotherapy setting
  • Is confident building and maintaining a strong caseload
  • Is dynamic, adaptable, and comfortable working in a team environment
  • Takes initiative and is motivated to grow professionally and personally
  • Has a passion for movement, exercise, and active rehabilitation
  • Values high-quality, one-on-one patient care
  • Enjoys learning and has pursued continuing education in areas such as manual therapy + acupuncture

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience as a Registered Physiotherapist, or a Physiotherapy Resident eligible for registration
  • Member in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
  • Valid professional liability/malpractice insurance

Interested?

If this sounds like the kind of clinic and team you’d like to be part of, we’d love to hear from you!

Please send your cover letter a CV to info@function101.ca

We look forward to hearing from you!
