The Opportunity
FuntoNetwork is seeking a Technology Architect - Level 3 for upcoming project opportunity: IT Specialized Services (TBIPS).
Core Responsibilities
- Execute the Technology Architect - Level 3 scope for IT Specialized Services (TBIPS): Deliver the Technology Architect - Level 3 workstream against the TBIPS task authorization, security, documentation, quality, and acceptance requirements.
- Confirm existing conditions, stakeholder needs, governing criteria, interfaces, constraints, and acceptance requirements for the work package.
- Produce the calculations, architecture or design basis, drawings, specifications, schedules, estimates, and technical decision records required for review.
- Resolve interdisciplinary reviews, constructability or implementation comments, RFIs, substitutions, and approved design changes.
- Support implementation testing and commissioning; reconcile final comments and deliver approved record documents and technical handoff materials.
- Trace assigned work to the RFP scope, requirement or RTM row, deliverable, dependency, acceptance criterion, schedule milestone, and supporting evidence.
- Review official solicitation materials and addenda affecting this workstream; document assumptions, open items, exclusions, risks, and required client decisions.
- Prepare role-specific technical inputs, work products, estimates, implementation details, quality records, and proposal or post-award delivery evidence.
- Coordinate interfaces and handoffs with project management, business analysis, technical, field, quality, compliance, training, and operations workstreams.
- Maintain status, issue, decision, change, and evidence records and escalate blockers before they affect submission or delivery readiness.
- Demonstrated experience performing Technology Architect - Level 3 responsibilities in public-sector, regulated, enterprise, or comparable environments.
- Ability to produce complete, reviewable work products tied to requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Strong documentation, stakeholder coordination, risk awareness, confidentiality, and deadline discipline.
- Relevant licenses, certifications, clearances, insurance, or local delivery capacity when required by the solicitation.
