Company Description Fusion Cyber Group, founded in 1985 and headquartered in Montreal, is a Canadian Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP), Managed IT Services Provider (MSP), and value-added distributor serving organizations worldwide. With over 40 years of experience across managed IT, network, cloud, and cybersecurity solutions, the company safeguards businesses with a financially-backed cybersecurity guarantee that supports incident response, containment, and business recovery under advanced protection plans. Fusion Cyber Group delivers enterprise-grade managed detection and response, vulnerability management, zero trust solutions, and a full suite of IT and cybersecurity services for end clients. As a channel-focused distributor, it also enables MSPs, MSSPs, and VARs across Canada to offer leading security solutions, supported by a team certified in CEH, CISSP, OSCP, PNPT, and CISA. The organization is a trusted partner to SMBs, enterprises, and the Canadian IT channel, providing the layered cyber defense, IT support, and partner enablement needed to operate securely and confidently.

Responsibilities include managing SOC analysts, coordinating incident triage and escalation, ensuring adherence to playbooks and SLAs, and continuously improving detection rules, runbooks, and workflows. The SOC Manager will collaborate with internal teams and clients to communicate security incidents, recommend remediation steps, and report on security posture and KPIs. The role also involves optimizing tools and platforms, contributing to threat hunting and vulnerability management efforts, supporting compliance and audit requirements, and mentoring team members to maintain high technical and operational standards.
