We are searching for an exceptionally talented Administrative Assistant to join our Administration team. The position plays a critical role in creating an organized, welcoming, and elevated workplace experience. With a strong focus on facilities, reception, and day-to-day office operations, the Administrative Assistant will also provide support across administrative processes. The successful candidate will be polished, proactive, highly organized, and detail-oriented, with strong time management skills and the ability to effectively coordinate multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This position also offers the opportunity to develop skills, broaden responsibilities, and grow within Fusion Homes.

This is a full-time, in-office position based at our Guelph Head Office, Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

What You’ll be Doing:

Own the day-to-day operation and presentation of Fusion Homes offices, ensuring workplaces are organized, welcoming, well-stocked and functioning effectively.
Coordinate facilities maintenance and service requirements, working with vendors and trades across offices, Model Homes and Sales Centres.
Support reception operations, including visitors, phone and email inquiries, mail/couriers, meeting preparation, supplies and opening/closing requirements.
Provide administrative support including document processing, system updates, Tarion and closing-related administration, and recurring departmental tasks.
Maintain organized processes, schedules and records while proactively following needs through to completion.

What You Bring to the Table:

1-3 years of experience in administration, office coordination, reception and/or facilities support.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and changing demands.
Strong written and verbal communication and a professional, service-oriented approach.
Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, initiative and dependable follow-through.
Strong Microsoft Office skills and comfort learning business systems.
