We're looking for a New Home Sales Professional to join our high-performing Sales team - someone who is driven to win, customer-obsessed, and thrives in a competitive, high-value sales environment. You'll play a vital role in building deep relationships with buyers and realtors, guiding them through one of life's most emotional and important decisions: purchasing a home.

No real estate license is required, and experience in the homebuilding or real estate industry is not necessary - we welcome candidates from diverse backgrounds and industries. We provide the tools, training, and support to help you succeed in this specialized environment.

What You'll Do

Represent Fusion Homes as the first point of contact in Presentation Centres and Model Homes
Own your sales pipeline by proactively generating leads, building realtor relationships, following up consistently and converting opportunities into sales, while partnering with Marketing on campaigns and events
Guide buyers through the homebuying and design journey with professionalism and empathy
Achieve sales targets and KPIs while delivering a top-tier customer experience
Prepare and present all documentation (e.g., Purchase & Sale Agreements, Amendments) with precision
Ensure Presentation Centres and Model Homes are always presentation-ready
Maintain accurate CRM tracking and produce weekly sales reports
Facilitate the selections process for finishes and upgrades across low-rise, stacked, and high-rise communities
Attend weekly Sales & Marketing meetings at our Guelph Head Office

Where You'll Work

This is an on-site role supporting Fusion communities throughout Guelph and surrounding areas. The successful candidate must be comfortable working from different Presentation Centres and Model Homes based on business needs.

What You Bring

5+ years of professional sales experience, ideally in a high-value or consultative sales environment, with a demonstrated track record of achieving targets. (Real estate, homebuilding, or new-home sales industry experience is a plus - not a requirement.)
A natural ability to influence, build trust, and drive confident decisions
An interest in homes, design and aesthetics, with the ability to confidently guide customers through options and upgrades
Relentless drive to succeed, backed by discipline, grit, and resilience
Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings
