Driven by our values and a shared commitment to excellence and growth, Fusion Homes is redefining what it means to build for the future. Recognized as a Great Place to Work (2025) and Mercer Best Employer (2022–2024), we’re powered by our people, our competitive spirit, and our drive to win as one team. Delivering an unparalleled customer experience and achieving our bold growth objectives requires an exceptional team of talented individuals. To rise to the occasion, we consistently over-deliver, embrace challenges with determination, and approach each day with a clear purpose: to outperform yesterday and defy expectations.

We’re looking for a People & Culture Assistant (Co-op) who’s passionate about supporting and empowering our most valuable resource – our people. You’re a curious, detail-oriented student who wants real, hands-on HR experience in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

What You’ll Do

HR Operations: Support HRIS administration (BambooHR), maintain accurate employee records, and assist with employee inquiries.
Recruitment & Onboarding: Get involved in the recruitment and onboarding process, from job postings and candidate screening to ATS management and coordinating new hire experiences.
Culture & Engagement: Help bring our culture to life through employee communications, engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and company events.
P&C Administration: Support health & safety initiatives, employee documentation, and other day-to-day HR activities.
Projects & Initiatives: Contribute to performance management processes and other exciting P&C projects.

What You Bring

Currently enrolled in a post-secondary Business, Human Resources, or related program and eligible for a co-op work term.
A genuine passion for people and an interest in building a career in HR.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a commitment to following through.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with professionalism and discretion.
A proactive, curious mindset with a willingness to learn, take initiative, and jump into new challenges.

Why Join Fusion Homes?

Competitive Compensation: The Hourly Range for this position is $21 - $23 CAD per hour. Award-Winning Culture: Proudly certified as a Great Place to Work in 2026 and recognized as one of Canada's Best Employers (2022–2024).
Real Experience: Gain meaningful, hands-on exposure across a wide range of HR functions, not just one area.
Learning & Growth: Work alongside an experienced P&C team that's invested in your development and success.
Recognition & Celebration: Join a team that works hard, celebrates wins, and genuinely enjoys what we do!
