As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll own full-cycle recruitment across Corporate, Sales, and Construction while helping shape the quality of talent that fuels Fusion Homes' continued growth.
This is more than a recruiting role. You'll serve as a trusted advisor to leaders, influencing hiring decisions, challenging assumptions when needed, and ensuring every hire strengthens our culture and raises the bar. - Competitive Compensation: Salary range of $90,000–$120,000 CAD, plus eligibility for an annual bonus. Final compensation will be based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
