Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and fusionSpan project teams, managing stakeholder expectations proactively.
Maintain high levels of client satisfaction by delivering seamless project experiences.
Utilize and keep project management platforms up to date such as Salesforce, Jira, Confluence, Google Drive, and Asana to maintain the project knowledge base.
Navigate challenging conversations with clients regarding scope, budget, and schedule adjustments.
