Original job description

About the Company

At Future Secure AI, we're building something genuinely new - and we're looking for people bold enough to build it with us. We work at the frontier of AI, tackling big, real-world problems for global enterprises across multiple industries, armed with state-of-the-art technology and a culture that prizes courage, rigor, and relentless curiosity. Our BRAVER values aren't just words on a wall - they describe the kind of people we are and the standard we hold ourselves to every day. Our leadership team is entrepreneurial, experienced, and accessible, with an open-door policy that means you'll never be just a number here. We invest seriously in your growth because we know our success depends on yours. If you're ready to work alongside some of the brightest minds in the industry, push into uncharted territory, and do work that genuinely matters, Future Secure AI is the place for you.

About The Role

Engagement Directors are senior engagement leaders with a strong strategy and value creation background. Engagement Directors own the design and delivery of AI Co‑Workers and support the overall relationship with enterprise clients. It is their role to ensure that, once deployed, the AI Co-Workers deliver the value and ROI originally agreed to with the customer. This role is well suited to candidates that have deep experience in software Product Delivery and/or senior alumni from strategy consulting firms (Director or early Principal levels) who want to move from strategy and analytics into hands‑on AI delivery with real accountability.

What you will do

Work directly with senior customer stakeholders to understand their existing journey with AI and identify the highest‑value constraints, decisions, or processes that AI can automate, augment, or improve. You will translate customer strategic intent into concrete AI Co-Worker solutions.
Own customer engagements end‑to‑end, from early problem definition and value framing through scoping, build and production deployment of AI Co-Workers.
Shape value drivers, success metrics, and roadmaps, ensuring AI Co‑Workers are designed around customer business outcomes and built to meet compelling ROI targets.
Act as the senior FSAI representative for customer engagements, serving as a trusted advisor on both value creation and delivery execution.
Operate as an owner, not an advisor, accountable for outcomes, pace, and quality.

What you will bring

We are particularly interested in candidates with:

Minimum 15 years of professional work experience
Preference for candidates that come with 8+ years experience at a top‑tier consulting firm or with software product delivery experience
Strong and proven foundation in value creation, problem structuring, and strategic analysis
Comfort working with technology teams, the agile methodology and AI concepts, even if not hands‑on coding
Experience translating ambiguous client problems into executable solutions
Confidence working with senior executives and leading complex discussions

Why Future Secure AI

We are a high-growth company building AI Co-Workers that go into production and deliver measurable client outcomes. This role offers end-to-end delivery accountability, senior influence without large-firm bureaucracy, and a direct stake in how AI is designed and scaled across North America. We provide a competitive salary, performance incentives and equity participation.

Disclaimer: We do not wish to be contacted by recruitment agencies. Our hiring process is managed in-house and the best way for candidates to express interest is by applying with your resume through our company website.

Future Secure AI Privacy Policy

At Future Secure AI, we are committed to protecting your privacy and adhering to the principles of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). Our Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, share, and protect your personal data when you visit our website at www.futuresecure.ai (the "Website") and use our services.
