We’re now seeking a Senior Recruiter to help redefine how we attract and engage top talent in optometry - someone driven, strategic, and ready to make an impact.

The Role

As part of our Eye Care Professionals Recruitment team, you’ll go beyond filling roles - you’ll build authentic relationships, uncover exceptional talent, and enhance every aspect of the recruitment experience.

What You’ll Do

• Source and Engage: Identify and build relationships with leading Optometrists and Opticians across Canada.
• Build Pipelines: Maintain strong internal and external networks to ensure a steady flow of qualified talent.
• Drive Strategy: Partner on creative recruitment campaigns that reflect our brand and values.
• Own the Process: Coordinate interviews, offers, and onboarding for a seamless candidate experience.
• Leverage Technology: Use tools like Power BI, Phenom (CRM), and UKG (ATS) to recruit smarter.
• Be a Partner: Advise hiring managers through every stage of recruitment.
  
  

What You Bring

• 5+ years of recruitment experience, ideally in high-growth or agency settings.
• Proven ability to proactively source and engage passive talent.
• Excellent written and verbal communication (French an asset).
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Tech fluency across Microsoft Suite, CRM, and ATS platforms.
• Adaptability and a passion for continuous improvement.
