Responsibilities
Direct, evaluate, plan, and organize daily store operations, including selecting and procuring merchandise and determining which products and services to sell. Develop marketing strategies, resolve customer and supply issues, and recruit, supervise, assign duties to, and review staff.
Requirements
The position requires a College/CEGEP education and 3 to less than 5 years of experience. Candidates should be able to work under pressure and demonstrate strong communication, customer focus, organization, time management, flexibility, judgment, and teamwork.
