  • Follow safety policies and procedures, actively contributing to a safe work environment.
  • Share knowledge and best practices with less experienced technicians, supporting skill development.
  • Keep the workshop organized, professional, and clean.
  • Take on additional shop-related duties as needed to support overall team success.
  • Perform other reasonable duties as assigned by management to support shop operations and company needs. Duties may extend beyond those specifically listed in this job description, provided they are appropriate to the employee’s skills, training, and ability to perform them safely.

Who You Are

  • 3+ years applicable work experience.
  • Confident working independently with strong diagnostic and repair skills.
  • Practical problem-solver with excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Safety-first mindset, proactive, and collaborative.
  • Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems, diesel engines, and electrical diagnostics.
  • Equipped with personal tools and physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Comfortable in a busy, active, and sometimes noisy shop environment.
  • Flexible and responsive to urgent or changing customer needs.
  • Interested in growing leadership or mentoring skills as opportunities arise.
  • Must hold and maintain a Saskatchewan driver’s license and have an acceptable Driver’s Abstract.
  • A Class 1A license would be an asset.
