Support quality inspections, testing activities, and commissioning readiness reviews.
Ensure MEP works comply with applicable Canadian regulations, codes, standards, and client requirements.
Escalate technical, program, quality, and delivery risks to senior project leadership where required.

4. Reporting & Documentation

Track MEP milestones, deliverables, technical queries, RFIs, submittals, and outstanding actions.
Review and maintain technical documentation throughout project delivery.
Support preparation of client presentations and senior stakeholder reporting.
Maintain accurate records of technical decisions, approvals, changes, and project correspondence.
Support the review and close-out of MEP handover documentation, including as-built information, testing records, O&M documentation, and commissioning records.
