Overview
The client's Institutional Lending Tech team is seeking a skilled and experienced quality engineer to contribute to and enhance the quality assurance initiatives for our technology platforms.
This role is responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions through both functional and non-functional testing of web applications. The successful candidate will collaborate with global teams, drive innovation, and continuously improve testing processes to support business objectives.
What You’ll Do in the Role
Contribute to both functional and non-functional testing of web applications.
Collaborate with global, cross-functional teams to deliver quality solutions.
Develop, implement, and continuously improve testing strategies, frameworks, and processes.
Ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices.
Drive automation initiatives and leverage modern testing tools and methodologies.
Report on quality metrics and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
What You’ll Bring to the Role
5+ years of experience in quality engineering, with a focus on both functional and non-functional testing of web applications.
Strong hands-on expertise in test automation frameworks and tools.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Experience working in a global, matrixed organization is preferred.
Commitment to continuous improvement, innovation, and knowledge sharing.
In-depth knowledge of industry-standard QA tools and practices.
Strong understanding of SDLC and testing best practices.
Experience with Playwright, Cucumber, Python, Node.js
