Shift:
There are two shifts currently available:
- AM - 06:00 to 14:00, Monday to Friday.
- PM - 14:00 to 22:00, Monday to Friday.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Operate blending, grinding and sifting equipment with guidance from Dispensing/Blending Room lead.
- Dispense raw materials as per Manufacturing Batch Record.
- Clean of equipment and room.
- Report equipment malfunctions.
- Other related duties as specified by supervisor.
- Immediately report product quality deficiencies to supervisor.
- Offer suggestions for process improvement when identified.
Knowledge:
- Fluent in verbal and written English.
- Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Proficient in the basics of mathematics (adding and subtracting).
- Willingness to learn.
- Able to use tools proficiently.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical equipment operation, including V-blender, ribbon blender, sifter, grinder, weigh scales an asset.
- Lift a minimum of 25kg.
- Must be in good health with no communicable disease or dust allergies.

- Burnaby, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required).
- Able to lift 25kg frequently throughout the day.
- Manufacturing: 1 year (preferred).

Responsibilities
Operate blending, grinding, and sifting equipment and dispense raw materials according to manufacturing batch records. Clean equipment and rooms, report malfunctions and product quality issues, and suggest process improvements.
Requirements
Candidates must communicate fluently in written and spoken English, perform basic addition and subtraction, use tools proficiently, and be able to lift at least 25 kg frequently. Manufacturing experience is preferred; familiarity with GMP and pharmaceutical equipment is an asset, and candidates must be in good health without communicable diseases or dust allergies.
