Position Summary
The Medical Science Liaison (MSL) in Aesthetics serves as a field-based scientific expert and a critical link between Galderma and the aesthetic healthcare community.
This role ensures that all external scientific exchange, education, and clinical insights related to injectable aesthetic products - including hyaluronic acid fillers, biostimulators (e.g., Sculptra), and neuromodulators (e.g., Dysport) - are grounded in robust evidence and delivered with scientific and ethical integrity.
The MSL is essential to advancing Galdermaâs vision of regenerative aesthetics, empowering healthcare professionals through science-based dialogue, and ensuring that clinical and scientific excellence underpin every interaction.
Essential Functions
Minimum Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Medical, Pharmacy, Nursing or higher degree qualification (e.g. MSc, PhD) in life sciences field
Dermatology/Aesthetics experience (essential)
2 years experience related to medical pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical devices industry
Demonstrated experience of developing and presenting scientific/medical content at a variety of levels and different audiences
Demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize, and work effectively in a constantly changing environment.
Ability to develop good relationships and credibility with medical professionals
The annual salary range for the role is: $112,000-$140,000 CAD.
