Top skills required for this role:

Job Description/ Responsibilities

• Design, develop, optimize, and support complex SQL and PL/SQL components for OFSAA data integration and processing.
• Develop and maintain packages, procedures, functions, triggers, and data-processing routines within the OFSAA ecosystem.
• Build, configure, and support data integration workflows using OFSAA Data Integration Hub (DIH).
• Perform data sourcing from upstream systems, including source analysis, source-to-target mapping, transformation logic, and interface design.
• Develop and maintain Unix/Linux shell scripts for file handling, batch processing, scheduling, monitoring, and automation.
• Support data ingestion, staging, transformation, reconciliation, and loading into OFSAA data models.
• Analyze and resolve data-quality issues, load failures, performance bottlenecks, and production incidents.
• Optimize SQL queries and PL/SQL programs to improve batch performance and processing efficiency.
• Collaborate with business analysts, functional teams, upstream application teams, and infrastructure teams to clarify requirements and resolve integration dependencies.
• Prepare and maintain technical design documents, mapping specifications, deployment instructions, operational procedures, and support documentation.
• Participate in unit testing, system integration testing, defect resolution, release implementation, and post-production validation.
• 1Follow established coding, version-control, deployment, security, and data-governance standards

Nice to have:

1. Hands-on experience with OFSAA Data Integration Hub (DIH), data sourcing, and integration processes.
2. Good knowledge of OFSAA data flows, staging areas, data models, batch execution, and processing frameworks.
3. Years of Experience More than 7 years of experience. The ideal candidate should have deep PL/SQL expertise, effective shell-scripting skills, and the ability to independently manage DIH and data-sourcing activities. The candidate should be comfortable working with multiple stakeholders, handling complex datasets, and supporting business-critical batch and production processes.
