Role : Technical Project Manager (Finance Transformation)
Location : Calgary, AB (Onsite)
Job Description:
This PM will own delivery of the individual technology implementations/workstreams while the Program Manager (a separate role, not in scope for this requirement) will retain accountability for overall program governance, strategy, funding, and executive stakeholder management
Technical Implementation Project Manager
- Deliver Finance Transformation technology initiatives by leading the day-to-day execution of assigned implementation workstreams, ensuring alignment with overall program objectives and timelines.
- Manage project plans, schedules, dependencies, risks, issues, and resource coordination across multiple technology implementations.
- Coordinate Finance, TIS, vendor, and business resources through solution design, configuration, integration, testing, deployment, and transition-to-support activities.
- Track delivery against scope, budget, milestones, and quality objectives, providing regular status reporting and implementation updates.
- Ensure technology solutions align with business requirements, enterprise architecture standards, controls, and operational readiness objectives.
- Support phased deployment and wave planning activities, working with TIS, vendor and business resources to coordinate stakeholder engagement, change impacts, readiness assessments, and implementation sequencing.
