In this role, you’ll be a trusted point of contact for a portfolio of surety clients, helping them navigate their bonding needs while building strong relationships with clients, underwriters, Producers and colleagues. You’ll manage day-to-day account needs and renewals, analyze contracts and bonding requirements, and help deliver responsive, practical solutions that keep our clients moving forward.

How you'll make an impactAs the Client Solutions Manager, - Surety, you’ll have the opportunity to build strong client relationships while developing your technical expertise in the surety industry. Your responsibilities will include:
- Manage a portfolio of surety clients, overseeing renewals and providing responsive, day-to-day account support.
- Build strong, trusted relationships with clients, underwriters, surety partners, Producers and Account Executives.
- Understand each client’s business and bonding needs to help deliver practical, timely surety solutions.
- Review contracts and supporting documentation to identify bond requirements, contractual obligations and potential risk exposures.
- Prepare and issue a variety of bonds, including bid, performance, payment, licence and other surety bonds.
- Review and validate bond forms to help ensure accuracy and alignment with client and surety requirements.
- Work directly with surety underwriters to obtain approvals, coordinate documentation and facilitate the timely issuance of bonds.
- Support Producers and Account Executives with new business submissions, underwriting packages and client presentations.
- Monitor outstanding bonds, expiry dates and aggregate exposures to support effective account management.
- Maintain accurate client records, bond registers and documentation within our systems.
- Prepare invoices and coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely billing.
- Collaborate with Accounting, Producers and other colleagues to resolve questions and deliver a seamless client experience.
- Stay current on surety products, underwriting practices and industry developments through ongoing learning and professional development.

- Comfort working with Microsoft Office and related business applications. Experience with Applied Epic, online surety platforms or Adobe Acrobat is helpful, but we can help the right candidate develop their systems knowledge.

- Level 1 or Level 2 Insurance Licence.
- Previous surety or bonding experience.
- Experience working with construction or contractor clients.
- Office Administration Certificate, Diploma or other relevant education.
