Overview

Build your career in surety while helping businesses across Western Canada succeed!

In this role, you’ll be a trusted point of contact for a portfolio of surety clients, helping them navigate their bonding needs while building strong relationships with clients, underwriters, Producers and colleagues. You’ll manage day-to-day account needs and renewals, analyze contracts and bonding requirements, and help deliver responsive, practical solutions that keep our clients moving forward.

Our dedicated teams specialize in insurance, surety, warranty and risk management, bringing deep expertise and a collaborative approach to supporting our clients. You’ll join a team where expertise is shared, relationships matter, and people are encouraged to continue learning and building their careers.

Whether you already have experience in surety or have developed relevant skills within insurance, construction, financial services, account management or another detail-oriented client environment, we’re interested in hearing from people who are curious, relationship-focused and eager to grow.

How you'll make an impact

As the Client Solutions Manager, - Surety, you’ll have the opportunity to build strong client relationships while developing your technical expertise in the surety industry. Your responsibilities will include:

Manage a portfolio of surety clients, overseeing renewals and providing responsive, day-to-day account support.
Build strong, trusted relationships with clients, underwriters, surety partners, Producers and Account Executives.
Understand each client’s business and bonding needs to help deliver practical, timely surety solutions.
Review contracts and supporting documentation to identify bond requirements, contractual obligations and potential risk exposures.
Prepare and issue a variety of bonds, including bid, performance, payment, licence and other surety bonds.
Review and validate bond forms to help ensure accuracy and alignment with client and surety requirements.
Work directly with surety underwriters to obtain approvals, coordinate documentation and facilitate the timely issuance of bonds.
Support Producers and Account Executives with new business submissions, underwriting packages and client presentations.
Monitor outstanding bonds, expiry dates and aggregate exposures to support effective account management.
Maintain accurate client records, bond registers and documentation within our systems.
Prepare invoices and coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely billing.
Collaborate with Accounting, Producers and other colleagues to resolve questions and deliver a seamless client experience.
Stay current on surety products, underwriting practices and industry developments through ongoing learning and professional development.

If you have strong client-service skills, enjoy working with numbers and details, and are interested in building your expertise in surety, we encourage you to apply.

About you

You’ll be well positioned for success if you bring:

Strong relationship-building skills and a genuine interest in understanding and helping clients.
An analytical mindset and comfort reviewing detailed financial, contractual or business information.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work.
The ability to organize and prioritize multiple client needs and deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
