Overview

We are looking for a Vice President, Client Relationships to join Gallagher Talent Solutions in Canada. This is an exciting opportunity for an accomplished relationship builder and business development leader who thrives in a collaborative environment and is energized by connecting organizations with solutions that make a meaningful impact on their people and business.

As Gallagher Talent Solutions continues to grow, you will play a key role in expanding our presence in the Canadian market. You will leverage your existing network while developing new executive-level relationships, identifying opportunities to deepen client partnerships, and bringing together the breadth of our Talent Solutions capabilities to address evolving client needs.

This is a hybrid role, with travel to Gallagher offices and client locations as business needs require.

How You'll Make An Impact

In this highly visible role, you will:

Build and deepen trusted relationships with senior leaders and decision-makers, developing a strong understanding of their business, workforce and talent priorities.
Drive sustainable revenue growth by identifying and developing new client opportunities while expanding relationships within existing and underpenetrated accounts.
Bring the breadth of Gallagher Talent Solutions to life, connecting clients with capabilities across Sales Leadership & Training, Leadership Assessment & Development, and Career Transition & Outplacement.
Lead consultative, insight-driven conversations that position Gallagher as a trusted partner and demonstrate how our solutions can help clients address complex talent and organizational challenges.
Develop and execute strategic account and market growth plans, translating opportunities into measurable business results.
Leverage your professional network while creating new connections, proactively building a strong pipeline of prospective clients and opportunities.
Lead the development of compelling proposals and presentations, including competitive bids and RFP responses that clearly articulate our value proposition and differentiate Gallagher in the marketplace.
Collaborate across practices, markets and teams to bring the best of Gallagher to our clients and identify opportunities for broader relationships.
Stay connected to emerging business, workforce and talent trends, bringing relevant insights and ideas to client conversations.
Represent Gallagher Talent Solutions in the market, strengthening our profile and building meaningful relationships within the broader business community.

About You

You are an accomplished relationship builder who combines commercial acumen with curiosity, credibility and a genuine interest in helping clients succeed. In addition, you bring:

5 to 8 years of progressive experience in business development, sales, consulting or strategic client relationship management, ideally within professional services, human capital, talent solutions or a related B2B environment.
A demonstrated track record of building trusted partnerships and developing relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
Proven success in generating revenue, developing new business and expanding existing client relationships.
A consultative approach to business development, with the ability to understand client challenges and connect those needs with meaningful solutions.
Strong business and commercial acumen, with the ability to identify opportunities and convert them into sustainable growth.
Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills, with the confidence to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
Experience developing compelling proposals and presentations, including competitive bids and RFP responses.
The ability to work effectively across teams and practice areas in a collaborative, matrixed environment.
French-English bilingualism is considered an asset but is not required.
