Join our talented team as we embark on an uncharted gaming adventure! We're on the lookout for a Producer to contribute their skills to our Dungeons & Dragons® PC/console project. This innovative game will blend action-RPG/survival features with the unique elements of life-simulation games to redefine the genre and capture the imaginations of players worldwide.

As a true project manager, the Producer will be responsible for overseeing various production stages with the entire team in terms of budget, deadlines, and content.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure that the Game Manager's goals are achieved and properly communicated within their teams
Be responsible for multiple teams and ensure follow-up on goals and deadlines to guarantee the delivery of various tasks
Manage tasks in relevant production tools to properly supervise their team members' work (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
Assist in mentoring junior production team members
Evaluate, analyze, and resolve issues related to project management
Participate in game leadership meetings for planning, scheduling, and team management
Conduct meetings and manage communications with internal and external stakeholders
Contribute to the development and improvement of work methods and procedures

Experience and Skills Required:

Bachelor’s degree in management, computer science, or a related field
At least 5 years of production experience in the video-game industry
Experience launching a PC/console project
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Excellent organizational skills and analytical ability to deliver quality projects within strict deadlines while adhering to an established budget
Ability to inspire their team and resolve situations
Passion for, and in-depth knowledge of, console and/or mobile video games

Rejoignez notre équipe talentueuse et lancez-vous avec nous dans une aventure vidéoludique inédite ! Nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e) producteur(trice) qui mettra à contribution ses talents dans notre projet PC/console Donjons & Dragons®. Ce jeu novateur fusionnera des mécaniques action-RPG/survie avec les éléments uniques des jeux de simulation de vie pour redéfinir le genre et captiver l'imagination des joueurs du monde entier.

En tant que véritable responsable de projet, le producteur / la productrice supervisera les différentes étapes de la production avec toute l'équipe en ce qui a trait au budget, aux échéances et au contenu.

Principales responsabilités:

Veiller à ce que les objectifs du responsable du jeu soient atteints et correctement communiqués aux équipes attitrées
Être responsable de plusieurs équipes et assurer le suivi des objectifs et des dates d'échéance afin de garantir la livraison de différents travaux
Gérer les tâches dans les outils de production pertinents afin de superviser correctement le travail des membres de l'équipe (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
Participer à l'encadrement des membres juniors de l'équipe de production
Évaluer, analyser et résoudre les problèmes liés à la gestion de projet
Participer aux réunions de direction de jeu pour la planification, l'élaboration des échéanciers et la gestion des équipes
