With a team of over 400 passionate professionals, the studio has established itself as a driving force in the video game industry. Now fully dedicated to PC and console games, the studio is notably behind the success of Disney Dreamlight Valley and is actively developing the Dungeons & Dragons franchise in partnership with Wizards of the Coast.

Operating with a human-centric approach, Gameloft Montreal fosters authentic connections and offers an excellent work-life balance (a 4.5-day workweek, with Friday afternoons off).

Main responsibilities:

Lead initiatives to boost brand awareness and position Gameloft Montreal as a studio dedicated to PC and console games and as an employer of choice.
Collaborate with headquarters (HQ) on joint projects, such as content showcasing the Montreal teams.
Join forces and pool resources with other studios in the group to maximize the impact of communications.

Social media and content

Define and oversee the content strategy and editorial calendar for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, X), including recruitment posts.
Contribute to content series in collaboration with HQ and to the annual editorial calendar.
Optimize public-facing pages and manage online employer reputation.

Internal communication and involvment

Produce the internal newsletter, update the intranet, and support studio meetings for all employees.

Relevant de la directrice régionale des communications, le ou la responsable des communications dirige la mise en œuvre de la stratégie de communication de Gameloft Montréal et fait rayonner l'image de marque du studio auprès de ses différentes audiences (employé(e)s, talents potentiels, médias, partenaires, etc.). Véritable partenaire stratégique, la personne en poste définit les orientations, planifie et pilote les initiatives et encadre une petite équipe afin de promouvoir et protéger la réputation de Gameloft Montréal.

Principales responsabilités:

Marque employeur et notoriété

Diriger les initiatives visant à rehausser la notoriété de la marque et à positionner Gameloft Montréal comme studio dédié aux jeux PC et console et employeur de choix.
Collaborer avec le siège social (HQ) sur des projets communs, tels que le contenu mettant en valeur les équipes de Montréal.
Unir les forces et les ressources avec les autres studios du groupe afin de maximiser l'impact des communications.

Médias sociaux et contenu

Définir et superviser la stratégie de contenu et le calendrier éditorial des plateformes sociales (LinkedIn, Facebook, X), incluant les publications de recrutement.

Qualifications
