Gammon Property Advisors Corporation is an established Vancouver-based real estate and property management company with nearly 5 decades of experience serving property owners throughout the Lower Mainland. Our company has built its reputation on long-standing client relationships, responsive service and a practical, hands-on approach to property management.

Our business provides professional management services across a diverse portfolio of commercial and residential rental properties. We are continuing to grow our residential property management operations and are seeking an experienced full-time Residential Property Manager (non-strata, rental only) to join our team.

In this energetic role, you will be the key point of contact for residents, vendors, and staff, ensuring smooth property management and exceptional customer service. Your leadership will foster a vibrant community environment while maintaining operational excellence. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in property management, sales, and customer relations within a fast-paced, rewarding setting.

Duties

Entirely responsible for a growing portfolio of residential rental buildings, both new build and older properties
Manage all aspects of residential property operations, including leasing, maintenance coordination, and resident relations
Utilize Yardi software to track leasing activities, rent payments, and resident data efficiently
Respond promptly to resident inquiries via phone and email, providing outstanding customer service and solutions
Conduct property inspections, oversee repairs, and ensure compliance with safety standard tools
Negotiate lease agreements, renewals, and resolution of resident concerns to foster positive relationships
Maintain accurate records through data entry, filing systems, and detailed documentation of all property activities
Collaborate with vendors and contractors to coordinate maintenance schedules and service requests.
Onboard new properties in all aspects

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years experience as a BCFSA licensed rental property manager and/or minimum 3 years experience as an assistant to a licensed property manager.
Proven experience in property management with strong organizational skills
Familiarity with Yardi or similar property management software is highly desirable
Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills to build lasting resident relationships
Strong administrative experience including data entry, filing, and record keeping
Knowledge of negotiation techniques to effectively manage lease agreements and resident issues
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities
Previous experience with sales or customer relationship management is a plus
BCFSA rental license is MANDATORY
