As a Commercial Security Guard, you will be the person spotting threats before they escalate in environments such as security operation centres, call centers, construction sites, parking lots and gatehouses, etc.

Responsibilities for Commercial Security Guard
- Provide a visible security presence to deter criminal activity
- Conduct interior patrols using a G-Track device
- Monitor access control and ensure only authorized individuals enter the site
- Respond to emergencies including fires, medical incidents, and security breaches
- Follow all site-specific security procedures and protocols
- Utilize technology effectively, including tracking systems and reporting tools
Qualifications for Commercial Security Guard
- Be authorized to work in Canada
- Hold a valid Manitoba security license
- First aid certification is an asset
- Strong report writing skills
- Good eyesight and excellent ability to maintain focus
- Strong proficiency with technology
- Ability to stand and walk throughout shift
