Responsibilities for Concierge Security Guard

• Customer service duties like welcome, check identification, and guide visitors
• Manage access control
• Conduct foot patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
• Perform computer tasks
• Address incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Answer questions in person or by phone

Qualifications for Concierge Security Guard

• Be legally authorized to work in Canada
• Hold a valid BC security worker license
• Occupational First aid certification - an asset
• Previous 1-3 years experience in Cocierge Security guard role - an asset
• Exceptional customer service skills and communication skills in English
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
