- Perform computer tasks - (advanced computer skills required to document vehicles in/out)
- Address incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
- Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
- Answer questions in person or by phone
- Be authorized to work in Canada
- Hold a valid security license
- First aid certification required
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Proficient in basic phone & computer skills

Responsibilities
Welcome visitors, verify identification, provide directions, manage access control, and conduct foot patrols to identify potential risks. Inspect security equipment, document vehicle movements, respond to incidents and first-aid needs, coordinate with emergency teams, and report security concerns.
Requirements
Applicants must be authorized to work in Canada, hold a valid security license, and have first aid certification. Strong customer service skills and proficiency with basic phone and computer tasks are required; advanced computer skills are needed to document vehicles entering and leaving.
